Providing Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) to girls and women

Polycom Girls addresses menstrual hygiene and health challenges among adolescent girls in informal settlements by providing free sanitary towels (produced by their own pad company) and panties, distributing soap to improve school sanitation, and offering referrals to youth-friendly health facilities. The organization also supports teenage mothers with psychosocial care and promotes their return to school. In 2023, they reached 2,924 girls and 905 boys through life skills education, driving holistic development in Kibera and beyond.
